Our Current Procedures
Safety is always our absolute priority, and our operating protocols are in place to be able to safely provide orthodontic care and maintain proper distance for everyone in our building.
Please review the following office visit procedures designed to keep your family and our team safe!
Ways we keep you safe:
One-time Visit Screening Form (NEW 3/3/2021!)
We are changing our form to be a one-time signature requirement, meaning you do not have to fill out the form for every appointment, but instead agree to notify us prior to coming in if you have had an exposure or symptoms in the last 14 days prior to your visit.
If you have filled out this form prior to any appointment in the past, you do not need to fill it out again. We will reschedule anyone who has been possibly exposed, is awaiting test results, or displaying symptoms.
Face Mask Requirement
A face covering is required for everyone inside the building at all times except during your appointment.
Please brush your teeth thoroughly before coming to the office, as toothbrushing sinks will not be open as of right now.
Contactless Check In
Stop at the front desk for contactless check in. We will take your forehead temperature upon entering. Parking spots are numbered in front of our building, but we no longer need you to text before coming in.
We welcome one parent or guardian inside the building with your patient. Our reception area is limited to 25 people to allow for proper distancing.
After each visit, a doctor or team member will be available to discuss your appointment in person, or by phone or text based on your preference.
Next Appointment(s) Scheduling
Our front desk is open, or we can text you a next appointment option for you to approve.
We are not only complying with, but exceeding all the mandated and recommended CDC, ADA, NDA, and OSHA guidelines at all times.
We took extra steps to upgrade our building to the highest quality air filtration system using MERV-16 filters with UV air scrubbers, along with purchasing many free-standing air filter units. We have electrostatic disinfection (which wraps around each surface) at the end of each week in addition to our normal disinfection at each chair. Our team changes into their scrubs and shoes at the office, and all laundry is done on-site. We also take the temperature of all of our team each day.
If you need anything or have any questions:
- Call (402) 423-8000 like normal during regular office hours. Our message will have direct numbers to text or call our on-call team member, as well as Dr. Jared’s direct cell phone you may text or call.
- Email email@example.com any time, or you can DM or message on Instagram or Facebook too!
